{ 2012 calendar round-up }

It's January 8th...which means, I need to get my shizzle together. Yes, I thought by the 1st I'd be well orga-ma-nized and all put together and whatnot...sadly, this did not happen. I did manage to do a search of lovely calendars that I may purchase to look cute on my desk and make me look like I know what's going on, but that is about the extent of it, and of course these are so darn lovely, that I will never write on them and deface the loveliness that is. Another option would be to design my own, but that would involve me being even more organized than I already am not. You see the dilemma?

The disaster in Joplin, MO is very close to my heart because I've planted my roots here in Kansas for the past 7 years.  As with any tragedy, it's hard to imagine the devastation and daily impact for those who have lost so much.  I was delighted to find these lovely prints being sold by moosylvania, with 100% of the proceeds going to the southwest missouri chapter of the united way.  You can contribute and make your purchase at the moosylvania Art for Joplin shop.  So sweet.  Show me Art : Show me Hope.
