I am embracing simplicity lately...and learning that not everything is black & white...the world is full of gray at times.  Learning to live in it is a task, but finding inspiration in seeing black & white combined is what leads us to finding comfort in the gray...and learning to love and embrace it.

Live compassionately and be grateful everyday.

Use my talents to do more fulfilling things. Blog more, decorate more, create more!

Meditate more and JUST BE.  Rest my mind and be content.

Make sure that everything I do, say, and am comes from LOVE.

The disaster in Joplin, MO is very close to my heart because I've planted my roots here in Kansas for the past 7 years.  As with any tragedy, it's hard to imagine the devastation and daily impact for those who have lost so much.  I was delighted to find these lovely prints being sold by moosylvania, with 100% of the proceeds going to the southwest missouri chapter of the united way.  You can contribute and make your purchase at the moosylvania Art for Joplin shop.  So sweet.  Show me Art : Show me Hope.
