Pops of mustard yellow! I know the yellow and grey trend is out there, but lately, I've been feeling mustard mixed with different palettes...cream, navy, red, pink, whatevs. Here's a few fun mixes I came across.
Channeling Carrie Bradshaw! I was chatting with a friend of mine, and she was talking about putting her shoes on display in her living room...I mean, why not? Shoes can be just as expensive as home decor, and hey, if you're a single gal (or, have a husband or significant other that is supportive of your shoe addiction), then why not? The disaster in Joplin, MO is very close to my heart because I've planted my roots here in Kansas for the past 7 years. As with any tragedy, it's hard to imagine the devastation and daily impact for those who have lost so much. I was delighted to find these lovely prints being sold by moosylvania, with 100% of the proceeds going to the southwest missouri chapter of the united way. Out of character for me, but I am totally into this interior...this mis-mashy hodgepodge of crazy patterns is fabulous and totally confusing all at once! Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend and you are inspired and confused by something surprising as well!
